What this site keeps.
The email list
If you leave your email address, Setten keeps the address, the time you left it, and which of the two forms on the page you used. Nothing else is recorded with it.
The address is used for one thing: to send you one message when the app is released in the UK App Store. It is not used for anything else, not added to any other list, and not shared with or sold to anyone.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time by writing to alessio@setten.ai. Your address is removed within thirty days of that request, and in any case within thirty days of the release message being sent.
The list is stored with Cloudflare, which also serves this site. Cloudflare acts under its own data processing terms and does not use the addresses for its own purposes.
Visiting the site
This site sets no cookies and shows no consent banner because none is needed. Page views are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not fingerprint the browser, and does not record IP addresses in a way that identifies you. The count tells Setten how many people read the page and which parts of the world they read it from, and nothing about who they are.
Cloudflare, as the host, sees each request as any web server does, including the IP address it came from, and keeps those logs briefly for security. The form protects itself from automated submissions by limiting how many can arrive from one address in an hour, which uses the IP address for that hour and then discards it.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Donna Enterprise Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17431816, which makes Setten. Questions, requests to see or remove what is held about you, and complaints go to alessio@setten.ai. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
